As a Workday Integration Lead, you play a key role in driving our projects forward and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.</p>\n<p>The following tasks await you:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Functional and technical design of end-to-end Workday HR processes</li>\n<li>Leading workshops and creating technical design, testing, and implementation documents</li>\n<li>Providing consulting services to customers regarding Workday Extend and guiding end-to-end integrations with SAP</li>\n<li>Enhancing and developing portfolio elements, including new technologies, knowledge transfer, offer templates, and one-pagers</li>\n<li>Taking responsibility for opportunities, support, and estimating integrations; defining service scopes</li>\n<li>Participating in pitches and sales demos</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be well-prepared for your path as a Workday Integration Lead, you bring the following qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A completed degree and at least 6 years of professional consulting experience, complemented by hands-on technical expertise in Workday integration approaches (Workday Studio, Connector, Web Services, Orchestration, RaaS).</li>\n<li>Passion for consulting and stakeholder management, with proven experience in pre-sales and sales activities, including proposal writing and tender management.</li>\n<li>Expertise in Workday HR modules and functional HR processes covering the full employee lifecycle (hire to retire).</li>\n<li>A working style characterized by a confident presence as a trusted advisor, with a solid understanding of the overall Workday strategy and effective use of the Workday Community to support clients and internal teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Important Information Before Departure:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start: By agreement - always at the beginning of a month</li>\n<li>Working hours: Full-time (40h); 30 vacation days</li>\n<li>Employment type: Permanent</li>\n<li>Area: Consulting</li>\n<li>Language: Fluent in English &amp; German at least C1</li>\n<li>Flexibility &amp; willingness to travel</li>\n<li>Other: A valid work permit; if needed, we can apply for the work permit as part of our recruiting process.
