The role is responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and providing insights that support performance management, and overall business decision-making. The role ensures data integrity, maintains reporting dashboards, and partners closely with WFM, Operations, and Leadership to deliver actionable and timely workforce intelligence.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze data trends and spot data anomalies</li>\n<li>Evaluate current reporting and suggest new reports or improvements to existing reports</li>\n<li>Work with multiple Points of contacts within the organization to create various reports</li>\n<li>Ensure that reports are thoroughly reviewed and corrections are made as necessary</li>\n<li>Explain the reports as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Technical</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intermediate to advance knowledge &amp; use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills</li>\n<li>Relevant experience in reports creation</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Behavioral</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, aggressive growth environment</li>\n<li>Pay strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, but is also a team player</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in any shift / time zone</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent English communication skills both spoken and written</li>\n<li>Experience in Workforce Management or as Reports/Data Analyst</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits\nKeywords Studios is dedicated to following a well-established Equal Opportunities Policy.
