Your area of responsibility:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and support them in using our devices optimally via telephone
• You help our customers with the analysis and troubleshooting of devices
• You forward customer requests via ticketing system and support in the swift processing
• No sales, no acquisition, no activity in a call centre

Your profile:

• You are a full-time student without any restrictions on a specific course of study
• You have native German language skills
• You have good English language skills
• You have the possibility to reach our office in Cadolzburg
• You want to work full-time during the semester breaks and part-time (15-20 hours) during the semester
