The role leads Customer Marketing, defining customer strategy, segmentation, and go-to-market execution across regulated land-based and online gaming businesses, and ensuring Marketing delivers integrated, high-impact programs aligned to business priorities.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage an integrated team of customer and product marketers, servicing our global business across land-based and online verticals. Champion the cross-functional marketing team to deliver strong results and effective collaboration (internally and externally).
  • Own the global customer marketing strategy and operating model, defining how Marketing understands, segments, prioritizes, and engages customers to deliver differentiated, high-impact programs aligned to business priorities.

What you need

  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within gaming, technology, or other complex, regulated, or multi-vertical environments.
  • 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including direct leadership of global teams and accountability for customer-facing marketing programs.
