Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.</p>\n<p>The Vendor Operations team ensures our global customer support partners deliver accurate, compliant, and high-quality service to our customers.</p>\n<p>We oversee vendor training standards, performance governance, and quality controls to maintain consistency across locations.</p>\n<p>This team works closely with Customer Experience, Compliance, and Learning &amp; Development to ensure training programs are aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.</p>\n<p>We are committed to building structured, measurable training programs that strengthen performance and customer trust.</p>\n<p>As a Vendor Trainer, you will oversee vendor training quality and performance across international sites, ensuring training completion, accuracy, and consistency.</p>\n<p>You will lead structured Train-the-Trainer workshops, observe classroom sessions, and provide actionable feedback to strengthen delivery standards.</p>\n<p>This role also partners with subject matter experts to update and localize curriculum for global audiences.</p>\n<p>Your work will directly influence new hire readiness, nesting success, and post-training performance outcomes across vendor teams.</p>\n<p>This role is based in our Chicago, IL;
