You will take ownership of managing User Verification backlogs efficiently, finding gaps in our processes and proposing fixes that boost our operational efficiency, and supporting and motivating your team to reach their KPIs and grow professionally.

To thrive in this environment, you will need to have great empathy and high emotional intelligence, be a structured thinker who can make decisions independently and confidently, and be tenacious and relentless in your pursuit of excellence.

In addition, you will need to have proven skills in leading a team of User Verification Agents, a good knowledge of performance management and coaching, and a deep understanding of KYC, KYB, and EDD.
