We are seeking a Test Lab Technician to join our team. As a Test Lab Technician, you will be responsible for routine tests and the interpretation of corresponding test specifications. You will receive and record test requests and corresponding test tracking systems, and test setup with the help of CAD model and setup photos. You will program accordingly, run tests, and identify any issues from test system and test specimen. You will compile proper documentation including data process, photographing, test summary and PPT report, etc. You will maintain and record proper inventory of corresponding test fixture and tested samples, and check for fixture soundness. You will complete basic troubleshooting for issues from test equipment and testing, and communicate with the test requester for any questions and concerns. You will ensure the timely reporting to the Test Lab Manager for any concerns from test, equipment, or safety related issues, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a completion of a recognized university program with an engineering designation (mechanical/electrical preferred) or equivalent. You will be able to use Solidworks, read electrical schematic, and sufficient in office softwares such as Excel, PPT, etc. You will be willing to take on additional responsibility and/or work additional hours if required. You will have a positive job attitude, be self-motivated, open-minded, and willing to learn. You will be hands-on and detail-oriented, and have machining skills preferred. You will be able to successfully interact with all levels of employees, and have strong written and oral communication skills.
