<p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in CRM tools for customer relationship management and sales tracking</li>
<li>Commercial argumentation skills for presenting products and services</li>
<li>Ability to use office software for administrative tasks</li>
</ul>
<p>Knowledge of lubricants and their applications in various industrial sectors is an asset.</p>
<p><strong>Functional Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication skills, particularly telephone skills for interacting with clients and internal teams</li>
<li>Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines</li>
<li>Analytical skills for understanding customer needs and proposing adapted solutions</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating with the commercial team</li>
<li>Customer-oriented approach for ensuring maximum satisfaction and developing long-term relationships</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Technico-commercial training</li>
<li>First experience in sales to industrial clients</li>
<li>Good mastery of French, both spoken and written</li>
<li>Professional understanding of English</li>
<li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities</li>
<li>Rapid learning ability and adaptability to market and product changes</li>
</ul>
