<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee resource management for all analog design teams by tracking and ensuring progress and allocation across all active projects</li>
<li>Manage demand and customer quote requests: orchestrate the timely and accurate response of analog teams, including schedule and effort estimates, track quote evolution, and ensure seamless transition to project status</li>
<li>Support and guide process optimisation by identifying operational improvement opportunities, define optimisation initiatives, and ensure successful implementation across teams</li>
<li>Lead the introduction of new tools and workflows that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the analog design teams</li>
<li>Collaborate with technical, customer-facing, and management stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout all operational activities</li>
<li>Monitor key metrics and progress towards strategic initiatives, provide ongoing feedback and reporting to leadership</li>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or above in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in technical operations or resource management, ideally within analog or mixed-signal design environments</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in process improvement, demand management, and cross-functional leadership</li>
<li>Proficiency with data management and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI), project tracking systems, and relevant software</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement</li>
