Responsibilities

• Oversee resource management for all analog design teams by tracking and ensuring progress and allocation across all active projects
• Manage demand and customer quote requests: orchestrate the timely and accurate response of analog teams, including schedule and effort estimates, track quote evolution, and ensure seamless transition to project status
• Support and guide process optimisation by identifying operational improvement opportunities, define optimisation initiatives, and ensure successful implementation across teams
• Lead the introduction of new tools and workflows that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the analog design teams
• Collaborate with technical, customer-facing, and management stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout all operational activities
• Monitor key metrics and progress towards strategic initiatives, provide ongoing feedback and reporting to leadership

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, demand management, and cross-functional leadership
• Proficiency with data management and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI), project tracking systems, and relevant software
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement
