As part of our Manufacturing team, you&#39;ll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we&#39;re known for.</p>\n<p>In this position, you&#39;ll lead maintenance and engineering teams in scheduling, staffing, procurement, and maintenance of plant-wide Facilities Department equipment. You&#39;ll also be responsible for promoting a positive environment of culture, communication, and employee recognition.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead maintenance and engineering teams in scheduling, staffing, procurement, and maintenance of plant-wide Facilities Department equipment</li>\n<li>Lead project writing and process of collecting and evaluating data in sound business cases</li>\n<li>Coach, counsel, and teach the team to handle and lead multi-million dollar projects</li>\n<li>Coordinate the resources and activities of the ME organization to meet the production schedule within budgetary limitations and time constraints</li>\n<li>Participate in maintenance scheduling, staffing, procurement, and maintenance of equipment, quality control, inventory control, and the coordination of activities with those of other departments</li>\n<li>Analyze the plant&#39;s personnel and capital resources to select the best ways of meeting the production quota</li>\n<li>Monitor the production run to make sure that it stays on schedule and correct any problems that may arise related to facility constraints</li>\n<li>Promote and ensure constant improvement in the ME organization toward the common goal of improving product quality, plant competitiveness, and total cost structure</li>\n<li>Facilitate start-up/shift meetings</li>\n<li>Experience with dock doors, wastewater treatment, civil work (ground piping, etc.), and fire systems</li>\n<li>Help develop targets and then deliver FPS metrics for each of the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Maintenance, and Environment operating systems</li>\n<li>Promote and support FPS maintenance workteams/workgroups</li>\n<li>Champion constraint analysis and coordinate activities to eliminate bottlenecks</li>\n<li>Establish the goal of maximizing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) with continuous improvement of Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) metrics to improve productivity</li>\n<li>Review/approve PM activities and ensure 100% PM completion</li>\n<li>Address department Health and Safety concerns and drive safety measures &amp;
