<p>Role Summary</p>
<p>In a context of hyper growth, we look for versatile recruiters who have experience hiring across multiple functions: GTM (Sales, Solutions Architect, Pre-sales) as well corporate functions (ideally Engineering as a minor).</p>
<p>Length: minimum 3 months</p>
<p>Ideally in SF/NYC but we are open to remote</p>
<p>What you will do</p>
<p>Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and bespoke candidate experience.</p>
<p>Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for searches across various business/Corporate and potentially technical functions (GTM, Partnership, Sales, Corporate, Engineering)</p>
<p>Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.</p>
<p>Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.</p>
<p>Dive deep into data and root cause issues.</p>
<p>Proactively identify and solve problems.</p>
<p>Help improve our process, documentation, tooling and talent market intelligence.</p>
<p>Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach and inform candidates through the entire recruiting process.</p>
<p>Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.</p>
<p>About you</p>
<p>Autonomous and self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.</p>
<p>Experience in complex recruiting and autonomous hiring in outbound contexts.</p>
<p>Experience working to recruit in highly competitive talent markets.</p>
<p>4+ years of experience recruitment for fast pace, demanding environment.</p>
<p>No ego and highly committed to deliver.</p>
<p>Able and keen to jump from strategic topics to very hands-on work.</p>
<p>Ideally, you have a track record of recruiting both in business &amp; tech roles.</p>
<p>Ideally, you have experience hiring for Enterprise software companies.</p>
<p>Experience in complex recruiting and autonomous hiring in outbound contexts.</p>
<p>Experience working to recruit in highly competitive talent markets.</p>
<p>Open learning mindset and fast learner, demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new complex subject matter, and understanding of new markets, areas, roles, and business initiatives.</p>
<p>Capability, credibility, and consultative skills to influence senior colleagues and stakeholders without authority.</p>
<p>Professional brand of personal accountability, drive, work ethics.</p>
<p>Ideally, proficiency with Lever.</p>
