We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition expert. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to find world-changing talents for Mistral. You will be charged with finding unique candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, strong commitment, and passion for success. You will guide candidates through our hiring process and introduce them to the magic of working at Mistral. An early joiner of Mistral, you will contribute to shaping the recruitment process and our TA machinery.
\nYour scope will be as follows:
\nHire:\n• Obsessed by bringing top talents\n• Successfully fulfill complex positions in a multi-geography environment\n• Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
\nImprove processes and candidate experience:\n• Dive deep into data and root cause issues.\n• Proactively identify and solve problems.\n• Help improve our process, documentation, tooling, and talent market intelligence.\n• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.
\nAbout you:\n• 4+ years of recruiting experience within a high growth/demanding corporate environment. Preferably a tech start-up (AI Lab, Software/SaaS/Platform)\n• A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiatives and risks.\n• Hard-worker\n• Very deep on the roles that you hire for\n• Data-driven\n• You have an expertise on either: Enterprise GTM roles; Product Engineering/Infrastructure or Science/Research Engineers\n• Experience in complex recruiting and autonomous hiring in outbound contexts\n• Experience working to recruit in highly competitive talent markets\n• Strong written and verbal communication\n• No ego and highly committed to deliver.\n• Able and keen to jump from strategic topics to very hands-on work\n• Open learning mindset and fast learner, demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new complex topics\n• Capability, credibility, and consultative skills to influence senior colleagues and stakeholders without authority.\n• Organized, disciplined, and strong at project management\n• Comfortable working within the ambiguity of a small, growing startup with a strong desire to turn that ambiguity into a well-defined machine.\n• Target-driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.\n• Fluent in English and experience recruiting internationally\n• Ideally, proficiency with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Modernloop\n• Ideally, you have a track record of recruiting both in business & tech roles
