These values define how we operate, how we treat one another, and how we engage with our partners, customers, and the communities we serve.</p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview</strong> Managing the production of final products and ensuring the availability of final products to meet sales demand.</p>\n<p><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor the supply planning team, ensuring effective performance and alignment with organisational goals.</li>\n<li>Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for professional development.</li>\n<li>Implement strategies to optimise supply chain processes and reduce costs.</li>\n<li>Serve as a liaison between departments to resolve issues and enhance collaboration.</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and supply reliability.</li>\n<li>Analysing sales forecasts and working with sales to validate and improve the accuracy of the forecast.</li>\n<li>Making long term and short-term supply plans and making yearly and monthly production plans and making weekly production schedules.</li>\n<li>Drive improvements in the supply process by adapting it to fit the business model in KSA.</li>\n<li>Ensuring the capability of suppliers to meet the production plans and Ensuring business continuity related to materials supply.</li>\n<li>Monitoring the cost of prices of finished goods &amp; materials making sure not exceeding the budgeted prices.</li>\n<li>Establish controls for all working capital of raw materials and finished goods.</li>\n<li>Defining MTS and MTO SKUs &amp; determining the stock level of finished products to meet sales demand and minimise slow and nonmoving items.</li>\n<li>Working with materials planning suppliers to maintain the required materials for the production.</li>\n<li>Monitoring and improving the utilisation of available resources.</li>\n<li>Evaluating the performance of the toller and issuing production orders Posting all the transactions of production in SAP and Providing finance with the Production POs and GRN to process the invoices of the toller and Working with Finance and doing the weekly production settlement and solving all the issues.</li>\n<li>Working with Procurement on all the matters related to the contract with the toller &amp;
