You will analyze and understand end-to-end supply chain planning business processes, design, implement, and configure SAP IBP solutions, and lead business and functional workshops to translate business requirements into robust SAP IBP solutions.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze and understand end-to-end supply chain planning business processes</li>\n<li>Design, implement, and configure SAP IBP solutions (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&amp;OP / IBP for Response &amp; Supply)</li>\n<li>Lead business and functional workshops, translating business requirements into robust SAP IBP solutions</li>\n<li>Prepare functional designs and support system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live activities</li>\n<li>Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (SAP S/4HANA, CPI, master data)</li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing senior-level consulting and recommendations</li>\n<li>Support and mentor junior consultants, contributing to internal capability building</li>\n<li>Participate in presales activities, including effort estimations, solution design, and demos</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP or SAP APO / Supply Chain Planning (depending on level of expertise)</li>\n<li>Proven track record in end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (forecasting, demand &amp; supply planning, inventory optimization, S&amp;OP)</li>\n<li>Solid business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li>\n<li>Experience with SAP IBP integrations with SAP S/4HANA (CPI, CPI-DS is a plus)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month</li>\n<li>Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days</li>\n<li>Employment contract: Unlimited</li>\n<li>Line of work: Consulting</li>\n<li>Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, and German nice to have</li>\n<li>Flexibility &amp; willingness to travel</li>\n<li>Other: a valid work permit</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About MHP</strong></p>\n<p>At MHP, you will continuously grow with your projects and objectives in an innovative and supportive environment.
