Your mission will be to maintain strong delivery characteristics with a regional viewpoint in order to support smooth production operations across North American manufacturing facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction.</p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting situation appraisal and analysis of a supplier crisis on a specific part or assembly process</li>\n<li>Implementing immediate corrective action plans at critical suppliers</li>\n<li>Communicating with suppliers and summarizing reviews</li>\n<li>Assisting in reporting for root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation</li>\n<li>Contributing to continuous improvement through cycling Plan Do Check Action (PDCA) for area of responsibility</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of urgency and flexibility to respond to critical issues and unplanned risk events.
