As a Student Partner (w/m/d) in the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for the holistic HR support of all students in Berlin and Ludwigsburg. Your tasks will include:

• Supporting the People & Culture team with a variety of tasks in the Human Resources department
• Responsibility for the complete employee lifecycle of our students: from recruiting to onboarding and support to offboarding
• Collaboration with the Student Leads as well as organization and accompaniment of Student Lead workshops
• Support of the People Partner teams with various HR topics
• Taking over administrative tasks such as scheduling, general correspondence, and other organizational tasks in the daily business
• Creating certificates of employment and other legally relevant documents
• Active participation in specific projects of the holistic HR management - bring your ideas and shape with!

What you need

• Studium of Business Administration, Business Education, Business Psychology or comparable, ideally with a focus on Human Resource Management
• First practical experiences in the field of Human Resources, e.g. through internships or work-student activities
• Secure handling of MS Office as well as knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage
• Fluent German and English skills
• Independent, structured work style and organizational talent
• Developed team and communication skills as well as helpfulness
• Engagement and passion for the HR field as well as joy in taking responsibility
