\nAs a Staff Workday Engineer, you will design, configure, and improve Workday solutions across HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
\nYou will partner directly with People and business teams to translate requirements into system configurations, reports, and integrations.
\nThis role contributes to both ongoing system improvements and major initiatives such as acquisitions and new feature development.
\nYou will also support the evaluation and implementation of AI-based capabilities within HR systems to improve efficiency and decision-making.
