In addition to running critical productions, you&#39;ll define the workflows, and standards that power internal media across offices and remote environments globally.</p>\n<p>This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong technical depth, operational excellence, and the ability to support a wide range of internal stakeholders.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead Internal Productions</li>\n<li>Own technical production for internal events including all-hands, executive communications, trainings, and internal broadcasts</li>\n<li>Serve as Technical Director or Lead Producer for high-visibility internal moments</li>\n<li>Ensure seamless delivery across in-room, livestream, and video conferencing audiences</li>\n<li>Build &amp; Scale Internal Production Systems</li>\n<li>Design and standardize workflows across internal event spaces, studios, and remote setups</li>\n<li>Define and maintain a production playbook to ensure consistency across internal events</li>\n<li>Improve and scale internal production infrastructure to support global teams</li>\n<li>Operate at a Deep Technical Level</li>\n<li>Lead multi-destination signal workflows (In room, live stream, recording, conferencing platforms)</li>\n<li>Integrate AV systems with internal tools (e.g., video conferencing platforms, collaboration tools)</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot live production issues quickly with minimal disruption to internal audiences</li>\n<li>Partner Across the Company</li>\n<li>Work directly with internal stakeholders (Execs, Comms, HR, Enablement, Events) to define production needs</li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into clear, executable production plans</li>\n<li>Coordinate internal teams and external vendors when needed</li>\n<li>Elevate Internal Experience Quality</li>\n<li>Continuously improve the quality, reliability, and scalability of internal productions</li>\n<li>Create training materials and documentation to enable self-service and team growth</li>\n<li>Mentor team members and elevate production capabilities across offices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#39;re Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Core Requirements</li>\n<li>8+ years in live production, broadcast, or media production roles</li>\n<li>Strong expertise in:</li>\n</ul>\n<p>+ Audio/video signal flow     + Video switching / technical direction     + Live streaming and remote production tools (e.g., VMix or similar)     + Experience supporting distributed or multi-location production environments</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders</li>\n<li>Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments</li>\n<li>BA/BS or equivalent practical experience</li>\n<li>Staff-Level Signals</li>\n<li>You&#39;ve supported executive-facing or high-visibility internal communications</li>\n<li>You design systems and workflows that scale across teams and locations</li>\n<li>You operate with high ownership and autonomy in ambiguous environments</li>\n<li>You proactively identify risks and ensure reliability for critical internal moments</li>\n<li>You influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority</li>\n<li>Nice to Have</li>\n<li>Experience supporting internal communications, corporate events, or enablement programs</li>\n<li>Familiarity with enterprise video conferencing and collaboration tools</li>\n<li>Experience with IP-based video (NDI, SRT, 2110) or cloud-based production workflows</li>\n<li>Background in motion graphics or internal content production</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></p>\n<p>Internal communication is critical to how Databricks operates and scales.
