<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> As a Staff Product Manager at Brex, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy, technical depth, and business impact. You will define and drive multi-quarter strategy within one of Brex’s most critical product domains, leading initiatives that materially shape the company’s trajectory.</p>
<ul>
<li>Define and own a multi-quarter product vision and strategy aligned to Brex’s highest company priorities.</li>
<li>Identify high-leverage opportunities that create durable competitive advantage, not just incremental improvements.</li>
<li>Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams, systems, and stakeholder groups.</li>
<li>Develop deep domain expertise in your area (e.g., financial infrastructure, risk systems, growth systems, payables ecosystem, etc.) and use it to inform product direction.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Engineering to design scalable technical systems, engaging meaningfully in architectural discussions and tradeoffs.</li>
<li>Set clear success metrics tied to company-level outcomes and hold teams accountable to measurable impact.</li>
<li>Drive structured decision-making in ambiguous environments, balancing speed with rigor.</li>
<li>Influence senior leaders and executives through clear thinking, strong written narratives, and data-backed recommendations.</li>
<li>Improve product craft and operating standards across the organization, mentoring PMs and elevating how we build.</li>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience: 7–10+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives in high-growth B2B or fintech environments.</li>
<li>Strategic rigor: Proven ability to define product strategy that translates into measurable business outcomes.</li>
<li>Technical depth: Strong fluency in technical systems and architecture.</li>
<li>Analytical excellence: Highly data-driven. Strong experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using SQL (or similar tools) to guide decisions.</li>
<li>Executive communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders through structured thinking and compelling narratives.</li>
<li>Systems mindset: Ability to reason holistically across product, technical, operational, compliance, and revenue systems.</li>
<li>High standards: Demonstrated ability to raise the quality bar , for product thinking, execution, and customer experience.</li>

<p><strong>Compensation</strong> The expected salary range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package</p>

<li>Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Sales to ensure a friction-less merchant journey and accurate financial outcomes.</li>
<li>Act as a subject matter expert who coaches and mentors Senior and IC PMs on complex systems thinking, financial modeling, and platform architecture design.</li>

<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>

<li>8+ years in Product Management, preferably within Logistics Tech, SaaS Integrations, Fintech.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of APIs, ERP integrations, and financial reconciliation workflows.</li>
