Responsibilities As a Staff Product Manager at Brex, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy, technical depth, and business impact. Requirements

• Experience: 7–10+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives in high-growth B2B or fintech environments.
• Strategic rigor: Proven ability to define product strategy that translates into measurable business outcomes.
• Technical depth: Strong fluency in technical systems and architecture.
• Analytical excellence: Highly data-driven. Strong experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using SQL (or similar tools) to guide decisions.
• Executive communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders through structured thinking and compelling narratives.
• Systems mindset: Ability to reason holistically across product, technical, operational, compliance, and revenue systems.
• High standards: Demonstrated ability to raise the quality bar , for product thinking, execution, and customer experience.

Compensation The expected salary range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package

As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a world-class, seamless merchant experience across the entire journey, from self-serve onboarding and platform configurations to transparent billing and effortless payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year roadmap for the Merchant Experience Platform, encompassing onboarding, integrations, configuration, billing, and payments.
