This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while aligning with business objectives.</p>\n<p><strong>How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives</li>\n<li>Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders; communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively</li>\n<li>Lead and direct project team members and third-party resources by assigning/monitoring tasks and identifying/resolving issues to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules</li>\n<li>Strategic Planning: Support strategic planning and roadmap development for upcoming initiatives</li>\n<li>PMO Development: Develop and implement programs and project management methodology that is flexible, appropriately manages risk and leads to successful implementation of projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree in computer science, business or related field</li>\n<li>10+ years of experience in project management or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>\n<li>PMP, Scrum Master or similar certifications desired</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies Desired</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar project and portfolio management tools</li>\n<li>Experience in all phases of project management from high level planning to execution to roll-out including change management, UAT and training</li>\n<li>Experience managing a diverse team which may include remotes resources, third party consultants and MSPs</li>\n<li>Strong team facilitator. Builds collaborative and productive teams</li>\n<li>Comfortable with ambiguity. Flexibility in assignments and teams. Open to movement and change within the PMO</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
