961649fe-836 Senior Transport Administrator We're looking for a well-organised individual to support the day-to-day operations of our Depot in Skegness. As a Senior Transport Administrator, you will be responsible for allocating vehicles to ensure best-in-class service delivery, maintaining Health and Safety standards, and ensuring environmental and O Licence compliance. You will also be involved in Employee Engagement, continuous improvement projects, and covering items such as productivity and quality of service provision.

Your duties will include call handling, liaising with customers and/or our internal call centres and Biffa drivers, daily debrief of Biffa drivers, and liaising with Biffa's customer service department and/or direct with customers to resolve issues. You will also be responsible for order processing and confirmation, running and clearing daily reports, and administrative tasks and housekeeping.

We require a strong knowledge of the local area, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to plan, organise and prioritise effectively. You should be comfortable using business software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
