Roadmap: Own the product vision and roadmaps for EA internally used products across adjacent developer platform capabilities, aligned to studio and platform strategy.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Success: Understand internal customer pain points (EA game developers) and translate them into prioritised, outcome-driven requirements informed by research and competitive analysis.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Aligning Priorities: Balance scalability, security, usability, and developer productivity, ensuring roadmap decisions are grounded in measurable business and developer impact.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Domain Expertise: Partner deeply with engineering leaders to understand system architecture, performance trade-offs, and scalable platform services; translate complex technical initiatives into clear execution plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>EA&#39;s Software Development Lifecycle: Develop a strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and identify SDLC friction points to enhance developer experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with developers, design, and studio stakeholders to validate solutions, align priorities, and drive adoption through clear communication and enablement.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Measure Success: Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, efficiency, reliability, and developer satisfaction;
