Work closely with engineering, design team, and other departments to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Assist with planning and overseeing car builds within tight deadlines and evolving specifications. Provide on-event support at tests, rallies, and customer events – both nationally and internationally. Mentor Junior Technicians and support knowledge sharing across the team. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, with meticulous attention to detail and safety.</p>\n<p><strong>What you need</strong></p>\n<p>Strong mechanical knowledge of modern rally cars, including suspension, drivetrain, electrical systems and sub-assemblies. Hands-on experience in car builds and rebuild processes, including full strip-downs and re-preps. Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail. Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
