• Supervise personnel in the IQ area
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures
• Investigate defects through statistical analysis
• Establish quality standards
• Manage external suppliers
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow

Requirements:

• Professional or advanced student in Engineering or related field
• Intermediate/advanced level of English
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in supplier management, including performance tracking, standard compliance, and operational control
• Experience in problem-solving tools
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.)
