<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Identify and analyze problems, develop and implement effective solutions, make timely and well-informed decisions, and adapt to changing circumstances</li>

<li>Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals</li>
<li>Utilize data and insights to strike down downtime and quality defects, driving quantifiable improvements in efficiency and quality</li>
<li>Maintain a relentless focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation to enhance productivity, quality, and safety</li>
<li>Champion accountability, managing both your own performance and that of the hourly workforce regarding processes and standards</li>

<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience</li>
<li>Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts</li>
<li>Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends specifically 3rd shift</li>
</ul>

<li>Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Experience or equivalent</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>In this position, you will supervise, evaluate, and empower a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities will include ensuring safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts.</p>
