In this role, you will lead the charge on all employee relations,from conducting complex investigations to elevating performance management,while serving as the primary advocate and resource for our teams.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducts thorough investigations and delivers equitable resolutions for employee complaints</li>\n<li>Serves as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on complex employee relations and performance management practices</li>\n<li>Analyzes trends from employee check-ins, engagement surveys, and workforce data to identify opportunities for organizational improvement</li>\n<li>Defines, clarifies, and communicates people policies to ensure consistency and transparency across the organization</li>\n<li>Partners with HRBP leadership and senior stakeholders to design and execute tailored HR initiatives that support functional business goals</li>\n<li>Acts as a primary point of contact for manager and employee inquiries</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>Must-Have Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years as a HR business partner or People Partner</li>\n<li>Experience with workplace investigations and performance management processes</li>\n<li>Experience issue spotting and proactively advising on potential solutions with minimal oversight</li>\n<li>Analytically driven; experience in utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to root cause analysis</li>\n<li>A team player; low ego and highly collaborative</li>\n<li>Ability to manage and juggle multiple competing priorities</li>\n<li>Experience working in a fast-paced startup</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Nice-to-have experience:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience partnering with Go-To-Market leaders and teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p>\n<p>Our mission at Plaid is to unlock financial freedom for everyone.
