What you'll do

The Senior Operations Management Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our growing FinTech business operations across global markets. This position serves as a key liaison between multiple internal departments and external partners, ensuring seamless operational workflows, accurate documentation, and efficient business processes.

Working within the Business Operations team, you will collaborate with various departments including Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to support our diverse partner ecosystem—including Merchants (Global and China Market), 3rd party pins distributors or master resellers, and Resellers (RGDH platform).

What you need

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional writing and communication skills in both Mandarin and English languages (written and verbal)
  • Execution Capability: Strong execution ability with proven track record of completing tasks accurately and on time
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
