What you'll do

  • Ensuring operational platform management including monitoring, incident, and problem management for BPA, Developer, and DevOps environments.
  • Implementation, maintenance, and further development of user and license management according to the specifications and processes of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) teams.

What you need

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Operations, DevOps, or platform administration in medium to large-scale environments or enterprise contexts.
