You'll provide strategic oversight to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability - leading year-end reporting, audits, and SOX controls with confidence. As a key driver of operational maturity, you'll optimise processes, manage best-in-class vendors like ADP Celergo, ActivPayroll, and Workday, and ensure seamless funding across currencies. Your work will directly elevate the efficiency, reliability, and integrity of payroll on a global scale.
\nBeyond operations, this role is deeply impactful and highly collaborative. You'll serve as the trusted escalation point for complex employee matters, bringing both expertise and empathy to every resolution. Partnering closely with HR, Benefits, and Finance, you'll ensure smooth payroll cycles, accurate accounting, and a predictable month-end close,owning everything from journal entries to accruals and variance analysis.
