      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As a Senior Flight Test Engineer, you will plan, execute and report on developmental and operational flight Test &amp; Evaluation (T&amp;E) activities. You will work alongside a team of engineers and test specialists assisting in the wider management and coordination of test and evaluation within the UK, US and Europe under both civil and military approval schemes.</p>
<p>This position will focus heavily on new aircraft development, with an emphasis in electronics, avionics, propulsion, flight characteristics, rugged design, and quality at scale. Test duties include system and sub-system level T&amp;E of hardware and software. As part of this process you will support or lead test planning, establish test measures of success, conduct test (ground and flight), analyze test performance, and produce high quality reports to inform future development.</p>
<p>We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flight Test Engineer to join our team. You will have a Master’s degree in an applicable field of engineering and 8+ years’ flight test experience. You will have experience as Lead Flight Test Engineer for complex or challenging flight test campaigns and expertise and working knowledge of UAS operating rules and regulations in the UK.</p>
<p>You will have thorough understanding of COTS and bespoke UAS technologies, expertise of internal combustion, electric and/or hybrid powertrains, knowledge of flight control systems and flight dynamics of small, medium and/or large rotorcraft, knowledge of EO/IR/Lidar sensor payloads and the intricacies required to plan and execute tests when deployed on maneuverable rotorcraft.</p>
<p>You will be an understanding of and passion for engineering quality concepts, principles, codes and experience demonstrating a broad application of those concepts. You will be a quick learner with the capacity to accurately implement new concepts and effectively organize, schedule and manage multiple project phases.</p>
<p>You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities. You will be comfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environment performing complex tasks in one or more engineering areas.</p>
<p>You will be flexible to work additional hours and travel for testing activities as required by the business. You will hold a valid driver&#39;s license and be able to immediately obtain and maintain a UK security clearance.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>The Maneuver Dominance team at Anduril is seeking a Senior Flight Test Engineer to plan, execute, and report on developmental and operational flight Test &amp; Evaluation (T&amp;E) activities. As a member of our team, you will conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of Group 3 UAS to ensure performance and reliability. You will deploy to remote test sites within the US, with opportunity to support trials in overseas locations.</p>
<p>Participate in weekly stand-ups and provide progress reports to program and T&amp;E leadership. Develop and execute focused test plans for internal and customer trials. Develop and implement baseline safety plans to mitigate risks during testing. Communicate effectively within the team and across the organization.</p>
<p>We are looking for a highly experienced engineer with a strong grasp of engineering principles and technical concepts. You should have a Bachelor&#39;s degree in engineering or a related technical field, and 8+ years of experience in UAS integration, testing, and project management. You must be able to organize, coordinate work effectively, and document thoroughly. Familiarity with rotary-wing and fixed-wing aerodynamics and flight control systems is required.</p>
<p>This is a full-time position with a highly competitive salary range of $146,000-$183,000 USD. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers; and are considered part of Anduril&#39;s total compensation package.</p>
