You&#39;ll thrive here if you adapt quickly, take ownership, and care about the details.</p>\n<p><strong>Core responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining and servicing customer boats in the field as well as our fleet of internal boats</li>\n<li>Contributing to improving service standards, protocols, and processes</li>\n<li>Collaborating with engineering and production teams to implement improvements on boat designs, production methods, or service processes</li>\n<li>Becoming an expert in assembling, troubleshooting, and disassembling all major boat systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Basic qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school degree or GED certification</li>\n<li>Proficiency using mechanical and electric hand tools</li>\n<li>2-5 years experience building and troubleshooting electromechanical systems such as electric motors, batteries, sensors, electronics, controls, pneumatics, etc</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel nationally at least 50% on average, and up to 75% during busy periods</li>\n<li>Experience interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions, electrical schematics, and product data sheets</li>\n<li>Ability to stand 6-10 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs</li>\n<li>Ability to cultivate positive relationships with all external parties while working in the field</li>\n<li>Ability to operate independently and make technical decisions supported by data</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting</li>\n<li>Experience with fiberglass, gel coat repairs or detailing</li>\n<li>Comfortable pushing an intense but sustainable pace</li>\n<li>Experience driving and trailering boats</li>\n<li>Enthusiasm for boating and clean energy</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our values</strong></p>\n<p>We move with urgency and build with care.
