What you'll do

As a Senior Design Engineer Composites CBW, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the design and development of composite components for our Formula 1 cars

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Developing and maintaining design standards and guidelines

• Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers

What you need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g. mechanical, aerospace, materials science)

• Proven experience in composite design and development

• Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g. CATIA, SolidWorks)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
