It&#39;s about building the financial foundation that allows the company to move quickly and make confident decisions.</p>\n<p>You will be a hands-on accounting leader reporting to the VP of Finance, owning the month-end close, financial reporting, and core accounting operations. You&#39;ll manage our Senior Accountant and operate across the full accounting stack , from journal entries and reconciliations to revenue recognition and systems improvements.</p>\n<p><strong>What You&#39;ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Month-end close: Own the close process end-to-end , review the Senior Accountant&#39;s work, produce your own, and drive continuous improvements to close timelines and accuracy.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial reporting: Maintain high-quality internal and external financial statements across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Revenue recognition: Own ASC 606 processes, ensuring accurate revenue recognition across self-serve and enterprise contracts.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Core accounting operations: Manage accounts payable, payroll accounting, accruals, and general ledger management.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconciliations: Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Tax &amp; compliance: Support federal, state, and local tax requirements. Coordinate with external tax advisors on filings and compliance matters. Own sales tax processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Systems &amp; process improvement: Identify and implement improvements across our accounting stack (NetSuite, Zip, Navan) to increase accuracy and efficiency.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Cross-functional partnership: Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and operational issues are resolved quickly.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5–8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with NetSuite administration.
