Leveraging Ford’s century of manufacturing excellence and world-class battery energy storage systems (BESS) technology, Ford Energy designs, manufactures, and services grid-scale and commercial DC battery energy storage systems (BESS).</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p>As a Security Shift Lead, you will supervise security operations for Ford Energy, including staffing requirements, access control, CCTV monitoring, investigations, and emergency support. You will also oversee day-to-day security operations, including contract security personnel, and enforce the Service Level Agreement with the provider.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervising a team of direct and matrix reports</li>\n<li>Overseeing day-to-day security operations, including contract security personnel</li>\n<li>Enforcing the Service Level Agreement with the provider</li>\n<li>Assisting with risk assessments of sites to determine if the operational model is adequate for site integrity</li>\n<li>Responding to security incidents, including medical, behavioral, trespassing, accidents, suspicious activity, thefts, etc.</li>\n<li>Assisting with special projects and security initiatives, including GAO audits, daily plant walks, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field</li>\n<li>Minimum 6 years’ experience in law enforcement or military</li>\n<li>4 years’ experience leading and developing teams</li>\n<li>Highly motivated, hands-on, self-starter with ability to think creatively and operate in a dynamic, ambiguous environment</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, strong problem-solving, and conflict management skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary</strong></p>\n<p>This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.
