In addition, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience is preferred. Candidates must be capable of communicating fluently with guests in a polished and sophisticated manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to effectively read, write, and speak English.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ years of experience in a 5-star hotel, cruise ship, or high-profile restaurant performing similar functions.</li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge in Vessel Sanitation Program (VSP) preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to deliver 5-star culinary products.</li>\n<li>Experience in high-volume operations, serving at least 500 meals per service.</li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of kitchen machinery and knife safety.</li>\n<li>Experience working in a galley/kitchen.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of galley cleaning.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Key Competencies:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good Listening Skills: Able to follow instructions accurately.</li>\n<li>Initiative: Shows initiative in performing culinary tasks.</li>\n<li>Clarification: Asks questions if tasks are unclear.</li>\n<li>Team Player: Works well with others to achieve common goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>At Seabourn, we believe in delivering exceptional experiences, not just for our guests, but for our team members as well.
