We are seeking an experienced SAP Utilities Functional Consultant to join our team and support a greenfield SAP Cloud for Utilities implementation. This role focuses on the Meter-to-Cash process and requires deep expertise in SAP IS-U, market communication, billing, smart metering, and energy data management. You will work closely with clients to design and implement scalable, compliant, and future-ready solutions.

As a SAP Utilities Functional Consultant, you will have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience. You will have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) and English.

Your responsibilities will include supporting our clients with SAP IS-U and S/4HANA Utilities, especially in billing, market communication, energy data management, and smart metering. You will analyze business processes and design optimized SAP solutions tailored to DSO operations. You will lead integration and implementation of SAP modules across energy industry systems. You will manage project teams through concept realization, rollout, and quality assurance. You will take ownership of project management tasks and contribute to IT strategy development. You will collaborate with technical teams and contribute to solution architecture. You will mentor junior consultants and support hiring initiatives.

We are looking for someone with 10+ years of SAP IS-U experience in consulting or in-house roles. You should have deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: Marktkommunikation, Billing, Smart Metering/Device Management, or Energy Data Management. You should also have strong affinity for IT and experience with ABAP, debugging, and functional design. You should have proven ability to lead teams and manage complex SAP projects. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. You should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
