As a Solution Architect, you will lead the definition of solution architecture for S/4HANA based transformation programs, addressing critical dimensions of business processes, data &amp; analytics, applications, and technologies.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in business development and pre-sales activities, including proposals and responses to RFPs and RFIs.</li>\n<li>Lead the definition of the Solution Architecture of challenging IT/business transformation projects in the Life Sciences industry, predominantly SAP-based.</li>\n<li>Ensure that technical solutions, platforms, and systems satisfy business requirements and future needs.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement an enterprise roadmap for SAP S/4HANA and a suite of new solutions, including leadership of the ERP non-functional roadmap and related enterprise-wide integration requirements.</li>\n<li>Provide digital capabilities to enhance and transform the business and to enable new business models.</li>\n<li>Provide leadership, guidance, and technical solutions for focus areas such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Leonardo, SAP Cloud Platform, digital platforms, Cloud Integration, API Management, AI, Advanced Analytics, and IoT.</li>\n<li>Ensure a well-structured and defined solution architecture framework, delivering to time, cost, and quality and within budget.</li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to solution governance and enterprise architecture principles and standards.</li>\n<li>Lead and participate in key governance forums, including Architecture Review Boards, Program Boards, Change Control Boards, and Integration Management meetings.</li>\n<li>Proactively manage, monitor, and report on the identification, impact, dependencies, risks, mitigations, and implementation status of solution architecture topics and areas for improvement; and own the resolution of solution architecture issues.</li>\n<li>Liaise with 3rd party providers and vendors as needed.</li>\n<li>Manage internal consulting resources, 3rd party provider resources, and contract resources.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Superior client interaction skills, ability to build trusted relationships to design and implement solutions for transformation programs jointly with clients.</li>\n<li>Ability to inspire, convince, and influence to gain buy-in from senior business management and stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Superior problem management skills (problem identification, structuring, resolution) and moderation skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and challenging constraints.</li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate within the Firm and to leverage existing resources.</li>\n<li>Superior team leadership skills, proven through project leadership positions in previous roles, with experience of establishing high-performing teams and an interest in developing team members.</li>\n<li>Extensive work experience in a consulting company, working in large-scale SAP transformation programs.</li>\n<li>Extensive work experience in the Life Sciences industry, profound know-how of Life Sciences challenges and business dynamics, and of validation implications for SAP program delivery.</li>\n<li>Proven delivery capability for large-scale SAP-based transformation programs within and outside of Life Sciences.</li>\n<li>Practical application of project management life cycle principles and methodologies (SAP Activate, including key concepts like Model Company, SAP Value Lifecycle Management etc.).</li>\n<li>Experience with solution and enterprise architecture frameworks and models (e.g. TOGAF).</li>\n<li>Considerable SAP solution architecture and enterprise architecture experience, familiar with typical solution challenges in a large-scale transformation program.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated skills in executing an Agile-based design and delivery approach.</li>\n<li>Ideally experienced in process analysis and business process design approaches.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of major business processes along the value chain in the Life Sciences industry.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of major data objects and SAP enterprise structures.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of a range of SAP applications, including S/4HANA, e.g. BW4HANA, Ariba, IBP, MDG, etc.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of applying technologies like Cloud, APIs, AI, and IoT as part of SAP Life Sciences solutions.</li>\n<li>Experience in delivering SAP using a value-driven transformation approach.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel extensively in Europe and ability to work within a European environment is essential.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learning &amp;
