As a Sales Operations Data Analyst in Microsoft Advertising, you will build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reporting that turn complex data models into clear, usable insights.</p>
<p><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p>

<li>Own the design, development, and ongoing management of executive dashboards and reports.</li>
<li>Build durable analytics products by understanding business priorities, integrating data across sources, and contributing to analytical frameworks that enable executive decision-making.</li>

<p><strong>The Candidate we&#39;re looking for</strong></p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Master&#39;s Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field OR Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of data visualization best practices</li>
<li>3+ years experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., experience with SQL and Power BI)</li>
</ul>
