      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As a Sales Operations Analyst based in London, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Workable&#39;s go-to-market teams. You&#39;ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales compensation processes, drive operational excellence, and help optimize performance through actionable insights and process improvements.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own end-to-end commission calculations (monthly, quarterly, annual) and prepare accurate commission statements</li>
<li>Resolve commission discrepancies and support the design and documentation of compensation plans</li>
<li>Build and maintain go-to-market (GTM) process documentation and playbooks</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into system specifications for Revenue Operations (RevOps)</li>
<li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency</li>
<li>Support the rollout and adoption of sales tools, including AI-driven initiatives</li>
<li>Provide data and insights to optimize processes and drive GTM performance</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree</li>
<li>3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related function</li>
<li>Proven experience managing sales compensation and commission processes, including calculating commissions and producing commission statements</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets</li>
<li>Working proficiency with Salesforce CRM</li>
<li>Experience partnering with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations stakeholders on sales operations processes</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in a SaaS or subscription business model environment</li>
<li>Experience partnering with People Ops (HR) stakeholders on sales compensation plan administration or related processes</li>
