What you'll do

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Achieving monthly sales targets by gaining new customers and growing sales volume with existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Developing weekly and monthly route planning and call report submission to the sales executive.
• Daily visits to customers at their shops and collecting orders.
• Execution of marketing activities with independent workshop customers as per company strategy.
• Ensuring collection with customers and negotiating collection issues as they arise.

What you need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in any field.
• More than 5 years of experience in sales.
• Passionate, active, customer-focused, result-oriented, learning mindset, team-player.
• Ability to drive with a valid driving license.
• Ability to travel across provinces.
• Experience in selling automotive spare parts or experience selling to IWS channels is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
• Computer literacy i.e. MS Office including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
