<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Associate to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Associate, you will perform daily operational tasks related to customer support, training, and consulting, demonstrating deep expertise in at least one area.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Perform daily operational tasks related to customer support, training, and consulting, demonstrating deep expertise in at least one area.</p>
<p>Independently manage customer support cases, logging issues and enhancement requests, tracking progress, and keeping teams informed for seamless resolution.</p>
<p>Coordinate public and private training courses, including instructor allocation, participant registration, logistics management, and oversight of Ansys Learning Hub operations.</p>
<p>Support consulting processes by setting up projects, creating time site codes, and ensuring compliance with export regulations and proper project classification.</p>
<p>Collaborate with regional and global teams, following established processes while seeking guidance from senior members as needed.</p>
<p>Build relationships across cross-functional teams (Sales, Order Management, Technical Support) to maintain consistent, high-quality customer service.</p>
<p>Proactively contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and participating in internal projects.</p>
<p>Assist with special projects, such as process enhancements, training materials, system updates, migrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).</p>
<p>Generate and maintain operational reports, statistics, and metrics using Excel or other analytics tools.</p>
<p>Provide translation of customer-facing materials into local languages, as required.</p>

<p>Strengthen the ACE Worldwide Operations team&#39;s reputation for excellence and reliability.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>Associate&#39;s or Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.</p>
<p>3+ years of experience in an administrative role within a corporate setting, focusing on operations and business practices.</p>
<p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p>
<p>Ability to understand advanced problems and apply logical thinking to resolve them.</p>
<p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.</p>
<p>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive improvements and elevate customer satisfaction.</p>
<p>Consistent pursuit of professional development, embracing feedback and learning new skills.</p>
<p>Working knowledge of database/CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent (preferred).</p>
<p>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p>
<p>Experience working in a global or multicultural customer support environment (preferred).</p>
