      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a top-performing Sales Development Representative to join our team in the Middle East. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, tracking and nurturing your outbound activity, and qualifying leads to determine if they are a good fit for Starburst Data.</p>
<p>Your day-to-day tasks will include researching and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with our Account Executives to close deals.</p>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will need to have a basic understanding of our offerings and be able to communicate effectively with potential customers. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.</p>

<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Reach out to prospective customers in the Middle East and Emerging Markets with a well-researched hypothesis on how we can solve their pain</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Meticulously track and nurture your outbound activity</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Nimbly interact with potential customers through various points of contact including attending in person meetings, trainings, and trade shows with confidence and ease</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Learn the basics of prospecting and discovery to help jumpstart your career in sales</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation quotas</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, and social media to schedule meetings for the Sales team</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine if they are a good fit for Starburst Data</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>6-12 months relevant BDR / SDR experience in tech</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Native Arabic speaker</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Have an innate curiosity about how data is changing the world</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Enjoy a challenge and getting out of your comfort zone to aid in your personal and professional development/growth</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Adeptly prioritize and reprioritize based on the evolving demands of other departments</li>
</ul>
<ul>
