As a Retail Program Lead, you will be responsible for leading complex SAP enabled business transformation programs from inception to completion. You will manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.</p>\n<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead complex SAP enabled business transformation programs from inception to completion &amp; leads the Customer Engagement journey from Business Case definition to adherence.</li>\n<li>Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks that ensures adherence to a Fit-To-Standard solution adoption</li>\n<li>Collaborates with and steers IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.</li>\n<li>Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels across IT and Business</li>\n<li>Demonstrates thought leadership and deep expertise in one of the key Industries like Consumer Products, Retail, Logistics</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery record across full lifecycle SAP programs.</li>\n<li>Proven Industry experience in key Industries like Consumer Products or Retail or Logistics in Program Leadership Capacity</li>\n<li>12-15 years of consulting experience.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated expertise to sell and deliver Programs of &gt;$10mn in a multi-geographic setup.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances delivering to time, cost, and quality and within budget.</li>\n<li>Ability to challenge the status-quo internally or with the client in landing a Fit-To-Standard and harmonised solution.</li>\n<li>Possess at least one experience in developing or supporting a Business Case for a S/4 enabled business transformation Program.</li>\n<li>Must possess at least one domain background within the SAP space (i.e. Finance, Supply Chain, Mfg, Logistics etc)</li>\n<li>Ability to lead teams in complex environments that include multi-vendors, complex client organization structures, and geographically distributed teams.</li>\n<li>Experience of collaborating with global teams and a track record of leading teams of consultant based locally and remotely.</li>\n<li>In depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success including IT, Business and Change components.</li>\n<li>Ability to define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply these practically.</li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations.</li>\n<li>Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.).</li>\n<li>Ability to articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations to create a compelling proposition for clients.</li>\n<li>Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles.</li>\n<li>Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country rollouts of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA</li>\n<li>Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.</li>\n<li>Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources.</li>\n<li>Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences</li>\n<li>Project-related mobility/willingness to travel</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>Infosys Consulting -
