Notify residents of any tour changes or cancellations promptly. Provide post-tour follow-ups to address any remaining questions or concerns.</p>\n<p>Lead Follow-Up and Support\nProactively contact leads from the previous day who have not booked tours or started applications.</p>\n<p>AI Tools and Process Optimization\nAssist in implementing new AI tools designed to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
