Responsibilities: Provide safe and effective nursing care to all patients in the NICU. Direct and supervise assigned personnel delivering patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications: Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognised Compact Licensure. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Current Neonate Resuscitate (NRP) certification or must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date. Current STABLE certification or must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
