The successful candidate will prepare and record inspection reports and related documentation in line with the document control requirements. They will also interact with other departments to improve productivity in our manufacturing processes on matters related to quality.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify product requirements and provide a satisfactory level of measurement and process control support.</li>\n<li>Conduct supplier incoming inspection and record results.</li>\n<li>Analyse non-conforming parts.</li>\n<li>Maintain quality system documentation and records.</li>\n<li>Perform product inspection using manual standard gauging and operating CNC CMM using PCDMIS software.</li>\n<li>Complete inspection reports to marked drawings.</li>\n<li>Perform Equipment TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in metrology, GD&amp;T (reading technical drawings and interpreting geometric symbols/tolerances) within a precision engineering environment.</li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years&#39; experience in manual inspection using conventional measurement equipment (height gauge, shadowgraph, vernier caliper, micrometers etc) and at least 2 years in CNC CMM operating.
