As a Project Assistant, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the smooth execution of projects. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the Project Manager in organisational tasks during the whole project
• Sets up project handbook
• Sets up project environment at project start
• Reviews project plan (start / close date, invoice plan, …)
• Processes chargeable expenses
• Ensures database quality in terms of invoices, cost monitoring
• Supports the Project Manager in monitoring & tracking project data/budget/quality
• Organises & coordinates travel, takes care of cost reimbursement
• Handles intercompany purchase orders
