As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of Quality Systems Technicians, overseeing incoming inspection and testing, managing non-conformance of incoming supplier components, and facilitating supplier disputes. You will also analyze internal and external quality data to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes. If you have 2+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience and are available to work in shifts, we encourage you to apply.</p>\n<p>The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and manage a team of Quality Systems Technicians (QS)</li>\n<li>Lead and direct a high-functioning QS team, provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and address issues</li>\n<li>Support site-wide process alignment</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Incoming Inspection and testing</li>\n<li>Oversee the periodic inspection and testing of materials from problematic suppliers to ensure they meet specifications</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-conformance Management of Incoming Supplier Components</li>\n<li>Manage the investigation, identification, and removal of non-conforming in-coming supplier materials, ensuring proper disposition within rejected material guidelines</li>\n<li>Manage the issuance and tracking of Concern Reports (CR’s) and Quality Rejects (QR’s) for supplied components</li>\n<li>Oversee and validate all QR’s for proper process including 8’D and Chargebacks where required, through closure</li>\n<li>Support all inventory control meetings to ensure proper adherence</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Supplier Disputes</li>\n<li>Manage weekly dispute meetings with QS Technicians and Supplier Technical Assistance (STA)</li>\n<li>Facilitate all Stage 1 Dispute Resolution with suppliers</li>\n<li>Work with STA for all Stage 2 dispute resolutions</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Data Analysis &amp; Improvement</li>\n<li>Analyze internal &amp; external quality data to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes</li>\n<li>Work with STA to identify &amp; track Top 5 problematic suppliers</li>\n<li>Lead improvement strategies with Top 5 problematic suppliers</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication &amp; Collaboration</li>\n<li>Communicate quality issues and findings to relevant stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, STA and Product Development (PD) as required</li>\n<li>Work with departments to ensure proper follow-up on supplier responsible concerns. i.e. work orders and chargebacks</li>\n<li>Lead Daily Quality PIC meeting</li>\n<li>Support / Lead sub-team report-outs</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Documentation &amp; Reporting</li>\n<li>Oversee and maintain accurate records of inspection, tests, and non-conformances and prepare reports for management</li>\n<li>Maintain Daily Quality PIC meeting documentation</li>\n<li>Ensuring all documentation from departments supporting supplier related QR’s &amp;
