<p>The Production Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression. Production Supervisors are resilient, detail-oriented, ambitious, and demonstrate high integrity.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements</li>
<li>Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts</li>
<li>Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self &amp; team to high performance standards through servant leadership</li>
<li>Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience</li>
<li>Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li>
<li>Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends</li>
</ul>
