      <Description><![CDATA[<p>In this role, you will produce the daily and weekly production schedules for final, sub-assembly and machining (Volume/Mix/Sequence) and utilize the Common Material Management System (CMMS) Inventory Management System to schedule assembly lines and to communicate to customers.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Producing the daily and weekly production schedules for final, sub-assembly and machining (Volume/Mix/Sequence)</li>
<li>Utilizing the Common Material Management System (CMMS) Inventory Management System to schedule assembly lines and to communicate to customers Sterling shipping intentions</li>
<li>Following up on VO shipments and distributions daily</li>
<li>Supporting final balance outs and running changes to customers</li>
<li>Tracking daily shipping status, daily parts follow-up and min/max reporting to support production schedule</li>
<li>Coordinating shipments to and from local suppliers / warehouses</li>
<li>Correcting shipping transactions and monitoring/validating production counts and scrap transactions</li>
<li>Providing MP&amp;L team with daily line-ups</li>
<li>Performing cycle count analysis and control CMMS cycle entry</li>
<li>Coordinating special counts to assure actual physical inventory balances match inventory records</li>
<li>Assisting with plant cycle schedule and count confirmation</li>
<li>Responding to VO/PTO schedule changes, react to quality, shipping, and schedule changes</li>
<li>Assisting in managing bailment activities as the need arises</li>
<li>Assisting in backing up MP&amp;L salaried personnel as required</li>
<li>Working in a rotating shift environment – Weekend Shift (C-Crew)</li>
